Scheduled maintenance for the milking machine Merlin M2 at the farm of one of our customers.
This installation is suitable for any breed of cows, it is spacious and comfortable. The Milking box is adaptive to all animal sizes; the cow is positioned using a camera. Merlin Robot is equipped with an integrated traffic management system that makes it easy to direct the animal to the breeding zone directly from the milking box. The latest milking arm, low-power electric drive, quiet operation are some of the distinguishing features of the milking Merlin M2 robot. The energy costs for moving the manipulator are significantly reduced compared to systems using compressed air (a decrease of more than 50%). Fullwood M2 Merlin installations are available in both left-handed and right-handed designs. Milk vacuum and milk flow sensors / shut-off valves — fully sealed for optimal protection.
