Retreat Workshop on Milk Processing

On October 17, 2018, specialists of UniversalAgro-Ufa and LLC AgroTech (Kaluga) conducted a joint retreat workshop on milk processing. The venue for the event was the Samara State Agricultural Academy. Farmers from Kugarchinsky, Kuyurgazinsky, Bizhbulyaksky, Buzdyaksky, and Iglinsky districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan attended the workshop. The participants were given a lecture on the topic “Organization of milk processing and production of dairy products in small agricultural enterprises”. After the theoretical part of the program, they underwent practical training in the production of cheeses: Adyghe, Caciotta, Ricotta, Mozzarella and pigtail cheese.
